  • Presentation: Biliary Colic without Stones or Sludge & Normal Labs

Diagnosis

  • Diagnosis: CCK-Stimulated Cholescintigraphy (HIDA Scan)
    • > 60 min to Empty or Ejection Fraction (EF) < 35% at 20 Minutes

Treatment

  • Treatment: Elective Cholecystectomy
  • Can Avoid Surgery if Asymptomatic or Minimally Symptomatic
