Basics

  • Equal Occurrence of Primary & Secondary Disease
  • Most Common Type: Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma
  • High Predilection for Central Nervous System (CNS) Metastases

Diagnosis

  • Initial Evaluation: Physical Exam & Mammogram
  • Diagnosis: Biopsy

Treatment

  • Low Grade: Surgical Excision
  • Intermediate-High Grade: Chemotherapy
    • Uses Traditional CHOP Regimen for Standard Lymphomas
    • May Also Consider Mastectomy (Debated with Uncertain Benefit)
