Do Not Forcibly Retract – Risk for Paraphimosis
Immediate Treatment: Stretching/Dilation or Topical Corticosteroids
If Fails: Dorsal Slit
Definitive Management: Circumcision
*Physiologic Phimosis is Usually Self-Limiting, Resolves by Age 16 & Requires No Treatment
