Diagnosis

  • Initial Evaluation: Imaging (CT/MRI)
  • Definitive Diagnosis: Laryngoscopic Biopsy

General Treatment

  • Early-Stage (Stage I-II): Single-Modality Therapy
    • Options:
      • Radiation Therapy
      • Surgical Resection
  • Advanced-Stage (Stage III-IV): Combined-Modality Therapy
    • Options:
      • Total Laryngectomy & Adjuvant Radiation Therapy
      • Primary Chemoradiation Therapy
