    • Medial: Latissimus Dorsi
    • Lateral: External Oblique

Diffuse Lumbar Hernia

  • The Most Common Lumbar Hernia (About 90%)
  • Hernia Outside of the Normal Anatomic Triangles
  • Often from Trauma, Prior Incision or Infection

  • Tx: Repair All
