Treatment
Asymptomatic: Nothing
May Consider Resection Due to Risk for CA as an Adult
Symptomatic:
Abscess: Incision & Drainage
No Active Infection: Surgical Resection (Open or Laparoscopic)
Resect Sinus & Close Bladder Defect
